Come Join us on November 15th for another Clubhouse Clinic! Led by Cal State Eastbay Alum Jacob Garcia & Clubhouse Trainer Ike Horn, This Clinic will be Ages 13 & Up Only. The day will begin at 11am with individual athlete assessment, moving into the mechanical breakdown and activity promoting power, explosion , consistency, muscle health, and more! Finally all athletes will take the mound! Our day will end around 3pm. Doors will open at 1030am for those wanting to walk in register. These spots will fill up quickly so make sure to RSVP today!
